Stay away from this one! I had a recent encounter with Clark that was not good. Did some damage to my sidewalk, fence and gate. Glass and debris in the street. You can see in the pic's below. Said the demo crew from the house they demo'ed did not cause the oil on the side walk. After one conversation I could not get a return call to get an answer on the repairs so my house will not look like "WHITE TRASH" as he stated. He actually answered and hung up.Very disappointing. If you want a custom house that makes you feel like you are home as soon as you walk in, Clark is the builder you want . We just bought a home from Clark and I love every detail and the craftsmanship is amazing . His team is the best, and they will help you in any way they can to make your house feel like a home. Thank you Clark and team ! We love our home .
Beware! This builder will make you promises (in writing) that he never intends to keep. One of his thugs threatened to punch my husband in the face in front of workers. His workers will come onto your property and damage it (we have before and after pictures) and we have cameras. We had a tree taken down that we acquired City permission to do so before this builder came around.
