Dishonest , Ridiculous to deal with! How are you going to charge someone an extra $500 because you can't find them and they have never been hiding or moved in the last 8 years! Disgusting practice!
Wish I could give negative stars, they don't contact you and let you know you have a bill. Instead they rack up a bunch of fees and then have you served. Then the people on the phone were the rudest ever! I hope this place goes out of business and all the employees lose their jobs.
Absolutely the worst experience of dealing with a bill collector. We had a bill we didn't know about, instead of contacting us by phone or mail, they have us served with a civil suit. Ridiculous, this place deserves a negative review for having the rudest employees.
Doesn't show up to court dates or return calls. Does not complete work in a timely manner. Been waiting a year on a court report that is holding up entire custody case.
