After nearly 18 years as a loyal patient of Clark Dental Associates, I never imagined I would be leaving a one-star review. I remained with this practice even after moving farther away because I trusted Dr. Saundra Clark and valued the care I initially received. I gave this dentist a shot a few years ago through Groupon. My first cleaning was good so I started paying out of pocket but each time the wait time was more and more. I waited 45 minutes once. We confirmed an appointment today, I asked the person over the phone exactly what the cost and procedure was going to be and when I show up they tried to force me to get an X-ray with the cleaning for almost $300 (double what we spoke about)…Busy people plan for these things and this place doesn’t seem to keep my time in mind. I've been going to Clark Dental Associates for the last several years. My rating is changing because three of my appointments were canceled and rescheduled on short notice as in less than 24 hours. If another appointment is canceled my rating will drop even further and I will choose another Dentist office.
The best dental cleaning I ever had. I am so glad I waited. I had to reschedule an appointment and it was a few weeks apart but i am so glad I waited. The system made my appointment at 1:45 but the office is closed 1-2pm so if that happens to you, just wait until 2pm. Everyone is very friendly. LGBTQ friendly.
