Billing Department – The doctors are great. The billing department has continuously made errors on my bills. My insurance has paid their part as well as myself. I have had an agency contact them to explain that I am not responsible for bills from a year ago as well as two years ago. They told the agency my balance is zero and then a bill appears a few days ago that consists of 6 pages again saying I owe money. This is ridiculous. Very Professional – I have been going to this C&D since at least 2008 (maybe longer) and I have always been treated professionally and courteously. I LOVE the P.A., Beverly Jones. And Dr. V listens to what I have to say and explains and interprets all the tests. I even get a copy of test results! I don't understand the other reviews: there's only one doctor and one PA here. Maybe these clients are talking about another location? I've been to the one on Pablo St. and they were very nice.

Clark & Daughtrey Medical Group – First if you expect to get called in to see your doctor dont...expect a long wait..espically for Dr Owens. Billing...always check your bill for errors or balance billing. You can call Holly in billing who is the supervisor...do not expect a call back or any type of response. Lab people pretty good and fast..not friendly...but efficient. Switch board has improved but still hard to get through when the snow birds are here. I could not believe how rude they were – I am a insured patient of C and D and I must let it be known that I have never been so ill-treated by a medical staff in all of my life. I will never be returning, but I just don't want anyone else to go through what I went through. They will make you feel as if you are dirt under their collective feet.
