Very nice place to enjoy nature, exercise, hike and see waterfalls. Some places still say entrance fee is 2$ but I went to day (2025) and it is 4$ per person for 6 years old and above. Very limited parking so if there's several in one group, it would be good to carpool. The primitive trail was very primitive and grown over. Don't go down it with kids as it had some very difficult to navigate spots. Also, if you do use it, bring strong bug repellant as there's Lots of ticks on the Primitive trail. Great for a day hiking in the woods. Decently easy hike with beautiful views!
The hike and waterfalls are beautiful. It's definitely a difficult hike with the inclines and stairs so be prepared to take a couple breaks especially on the way back out of the trail. The sights were marvelous though. I've never been so at peace with nature. Definitely have to add this place to your bucket list. It's a hidden gem
