CCNH is one of the best. Kahoka has always been 'home' to my parents. When it came time that mom needed more care than the family could offer we looked at several facilities in Kansas City (where my parents had retired). None of them compared to or offered the warmth, comfort, compassion and country feeling that CCNH does. The staff constantly go the extra mile to make the residents and families of the residents feel like this is truly home. This nursing home and residential care center is without a doubt one of the best and most professional establishments in the country bar none. They took excellent care of my wife AND me while my wife was a patient. Even as my wife was failing and needing special attention during the time of her passing everyone was so kind and attentive to her needs and our family’s needs that I could not have asked for more! Thank you my friends at CCNH!
I really did not want to accept the fact that my Dad needed more care than what we could provide. I have to say that I have tried REALLY hard to find fault - HOWEVER, the staff have been ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL with my Dad. Our family has come at all hours of the day and he was cared for every time. The staff are EXTREMELY patient, have a sense of humor (thank goodness) and they ACTUALLY care. The food is pretty darn good also. The dedication of all the staff and volunteers makes each resident feel special. Medically and Emotionally. Clean and friendly atmosphere. I can't list all the positive reasons to commend Clark County Nursing Home & RCF.🎖
The workers there are all down home, nice people who truly care for their residents. It's so nice not to have to worry about my husband. They take care of everything and NICELY! I strongly recommend this home.
Love this home, they have taken very good care of my mother for 9 weeks till we could move her into the RCF Apts. They are awesome Apts, very nice & homie feeling 7 the staff are great. ;)
