Greatest place in Vancouver
Recently saw JD in regards to buying a green mountain grill from them, he was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very friendly and they were able to give me a deal that I couldn’t say no to! Highly recommend visiting them for any of your equipment needs. 5 stars for sure!!!
Got the best deal I could find on a JD Gator. Ordered a canopy, brush guard, and rear bumper. When the parts arrived Kevin had a crew leave the shop on a Friday at 3:00 before Fathers Day, drive to St Helens, and install the equipment so the Gator was ready for a wedding I was hosting that weekend. Great service. �����
The whole process was so easy! JD was great to work with and extremely knowledgable. We had done our research and knew what we wanted, but having someone who could tell us the things we didn't know and present options was really reassuring. There was a delay with putting the tractor together and delivery, because they're down a staff member, and JD personally delivered our tractor on Saturday on Memorial Day weekend! I have had two issues with our new John Deere mower. The first was a transmission issue that JD did not have a fix for and Kevin at Clark County stepped up and bought it back so we could purchase a different tractor. The second issue was a rock jammed into a deck pulley and ate our only 8 hour belt. Not only did the parts department give me a great deal on a new belt, but the service manager stepped up and put it on at no charge. I can't think the team at Clark County tractor enough.
