Welcome to the Arkadelphia Health Department where they like to waste people's time and money. We could take 2 seconds to tell you on the phone that we stop doing birth certificate copies at 3:30pm each day but we would much rather you drive a hour here to tell you in person, then drive a hour home just so you can make the drive again on Monday. We could still get the copy and take card but that would be too much work.
absolutely horrible experience here. Whoever is working the front desk definitely needs to have a coffee to brighten her day up or at least make her work faster. They were extremely rude and I wasn’t even looked at because they hadn’t scheduled my appointment although I had received a time and date to be here last week. My sister and I both had an appointment, she luckily was scheduled. Even though it was 45 minutes past her appointment before she was looked at.
