Clark County Health is great when working with them on referrals and are very quick and efficient! They have been a pleasure to partner with for Country Terrace in Stanley!
Update: After I reported the facility to DQA they now communicate with families and stopped eavesdropping. The staff are very loving and caring to their residents. They treat them like family. The residents are always kept busy with tons of activities, events, and outings. The food smells good anytime I've visited as well. The facility is meticulously clean. They take wonderful care of their residents. They treat families like poop and make up lies about their intentions, social worker never returns phone calls.
