The staff are very loving and caring to their residents. They treat them like family. The residents are always kept busy with tons of activities, events, and outings. The food smells good anytime I've visited as well. The facility is meticulously clean. They care so much, its to a fault. They act like the families are out to get them! I told my father I wanted him to have a second home. The eavesdropping staff called his guardian and told them I wanted to move him out the facility. This is NOT true! They take wonderful care of their residents. They treat families like poop and make up lies about their intentions, social worker never returns phone calls.

The rehab and nursing staff went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable and felt safe. I feel the facility was always clean and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab or nursing home care.
My brother is at this facility on 3 east. I call and get the answering machine and leave a message but they never give tell my brother that he is supposed to call me. He has asked to used the phone to call me for three hours and they will not him the phone. It ends up that we don’t talk that night. Also my brother is hard of hearing so he has to have the speaker on the portable phone and the staff listens to everything he says.
