They take wonderful care of their residents. They treat families like poop and make up lies about their intentions, social worker never returns phone calls.
They truly have the worst staff.... Especially the attendants of the residents...They'll take your loved ones to wrong clinics for appointments...They basically are clueless because the communication in the place is horrible!!! Don't waste your money.
Terrible/rude/ insensitive staff. From front desk, nurses especially, CNAs, and janitors. DON'T SEND YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES HERE. They will be severely neglected if they are in a state of permanant disability. It's scary that this place has not been shut down by the state. Sad.
They have received all stars from Centers for Medicare Services which is not an easy feat. The employees treat the patients like their own family. The activities staff do SO much wonderful events, games, activities with the patients. No patient is left behind. The location being in the middle of nowhere is ideal for safety and security of the patients. They pay their employees well which results in quality care.
