They take wonderful care of their residents. In 2025 they started treating the family with respect.
This place fails to provide paperwork, withhold information from some of their clients, and it's so unorganized. My husband and I had to keep calling the community service center to get information since they failed to give it to us in the beginning.
Clark County Health is great when working with them on referrals and are very quick and efficient! They have been a pleasure to partner with for Country Terrace in Stanley!
Update: After I reported the facility to DQA they now communicate with families and stopped eavesdropping. The staff are very loving and caring to their residents. They treat them like family. The residents are always kept busy with tons of activities, events, and outings. The food smells good anytime I've visited as well. The facility is meticulously clean.
