They don't open business accounts in person. They have someone email you saying to reach out if you have any questions. I've been emailing for 3 days and no one gets back to you. They have some really strange requirements for opening a business account (most of which don't pertain to my business)

Had a unexpectedly complex day at the bank (through no fault of theirs). Demitric was professional, patient, kind and helpful throughout the process and called me later to follow up on my changes. I have not had such a human touch in customer service in recent memory. It helped cement me into a more active credit union member.
