Sapperstein incompetence I went to CC&S years ago due to them accepting kaiser Ins. I saw doc. sapperstien. Sapperstein did a decent job on my front tooth. But when he performed a root canal on a molar, I thought he drilled thru the molar and into my sinus cavity, and mentioned it to him. he laughed and denied that was possible.. No longer a patient It was like musical dentists. First I saw Dr. Jeffrey Clark. He was okay, but whenever he gave me a shot of Novocaine, I thought that I'd have a bruise on my face from the way he tweaked my cheek. One day I had to see Dr. Sapperstein because Dr. Clark was unavailable. I really liked him and continued seeing him. But then I went in one day and found out that he had been replaced with Dr. Costa. Dr. Evan Sapperstein, DDS The staff ar Dr. Sapperstein's office are fantastic. I recently had to reschedule my appointment several times due to some health problems and they were very accomodating. Additionally, a few months ago I had some jaw problems related to a car accident and they always managed to fit me in. I typically have my cleanings with Deborah-who has always been great. Clark, Clark, Delaney Dental Fiasco 1) they assured me they took GEHA dental insurance 2) first appointment was months out 3) on arrival, I was told they do not file secondary (i.e. GEHA) claims 4) I was assigned a new dentist whose paperwork hadn't been cleared by my dental insurance 5) they scheduled a long session for two fillings, and forgot. I had to go in three times, paying an extra copay 6) they promised an adjustment when my secondary (GEHA) insurance refused to pay 7) the "adjustment" was, as I recall, one dollar. ... read more
Insurance issues I took my kids for Dental appointment and have United Dental Health Insurance. Upon arrival, the front desk tells me that they do not accept the UHC Dental since 2008. The UHC Dental (in 2010) website shows that the Doctors are in network.
Dr. Brian Clark I originally went to Brian Clark ~18 years ago after having another local dentist try and push implants on me (I was only in my 20's!). Dr. Clark has been fantastic treating my wife and me over that period of time. The offices are very nice, staff friendly. Contrary to other reviews, I have found Dr. Clark's technique with needles to be fantastic - I barely feel it when he injects the analgesic. I would highly recommend Dr. Brian R. Clark.
