The worst place to get help
WAS A VERY GREAT APPOINTMENT
Dr. Amanda Swank refused to help me at an appointment today. Went off on me for taking my medication as prescribed, then canceled the appointment early (before offering any kind of help). She has ice water in her veins, and enjoys talking down to people. Would NOT recommend the Clark Center for any type of medication services.
This is about the Aurora branch. Once again they set up an appointment and when we get there were told they left and didn't give a reason. Why do y'all charge customers when they can't make it but you all can just cancel an appointment without telling the patience and act like nothing happened. It's getting to be a joke just like the unskilled employees
DONT go here if you need a case worker who will help. Because they won’t. My son has been receiving “services” from them for two years. They have not takin him to one appointment, have not made him ANY appointments. Let his insurance lapse and done nothing to fix it. I am beyond mad. I’m going to have to move to a different county to get help somewhere else.
