We hired Clark Catering to supply desserts for a memorial repast. We had bread, pudding, banana, pudding, peach, cobbler, brownies, pound cake, and sweet potato pies. Nothing was left over. Everyone raved about the desserts, wanting to know where they came from. One of Clark Catering‘s staff members came to the banquet hall, and set up everything beautifully. I have no complaints. I look forward to hiring them again.
I could have done a better job. looked. The salad tasted like it hadn't been cleaned. It's hard to support black owned when I feel I've been taken adavantaged of.
