Last week, after the power went out in the morning and came back later, our heater wouldn’t start up. we reached out to clark brothers hvac llc and gabriel helped us right away over the phone, since he couldn’t make it out due to safety reasons. gabriel was very patient, walking us step by step through some heater troubleshooting. it took a little while, but he kept checking in with us and didn’t give up until our heater was finally running again. he was really helpful and friendly, even though he couldn’t be here in person.... read more

The outside heat pump unit wasn’t turning on because of a loose wire. The technician, Sean, came out and fixed the wiring, and the system started working for a bit. When the problem returned, Sean came back with his manager, and they both stayed until they fully figured out what was wrong. Each time, the technician arrived ahead of schedule. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure the furnace and AC were running right before leaving.
