Specialties Whole grain breads, cookies, granola, and cakes. History Established in 2001. We started from home in North Florida with just 12 loaves in a basket. Now we are located in scenic Sequatchie valley making approximately 1000 loaves a week. Have been here since 2004.

We are still using the same ingredients as before, but due to legal requirements by one of our store clients, that can only be used if verified by a third party.
