This guy "Ron" did a full septic system for my parents 2 years ago. The job was performed in a timely fashion, but the leach bed kept collapsing and he returned and put 5-6 shovelfuls of dirt in the hole. Fast-forward 2 years later and the pump is non-functional. My parents called a master plumber, this guy is not, and found out that the pump that he put in was a sump pump that could be purchased from any hardware store for around 40-50$.
