Absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I was scheduled to bring my car in last Wednesday. I called to confirm the night before to make sure they were expecting me. I was told by Haley that I was on the calendar. I was told by Casey no way could they get me in. So I had to cancel the tow LAST MINUTE like I don't have my stuff together.
