Absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I was scheduled to bring my car in last Wednesday. I called to confirm the night before to make sure they were expecting me. I was told by Haley that I was on the calendar. I was told by Casey no way could they get me in. So I had to cancel the tow LAST MINUTE like I don't have my stuff together. CLARK NOTIFIED US THAT OUR AAA INSURANCE HAD WAIVED THE DEDUCTABLE. CLARK WANTED TO DO THE REPAIR. THE WORK WAS DONE. NOW THERE IS MONEY OWED. I'M SURE THIS SMALL OVER SIGHT WILL BY RESOLVED AT NO COST. OR MAYBE OUR OLD PART IS STILL AVAILABLE.
Everybody there is very nice. They did fast service and it looked great. I was very happy.
