My mother was diagnosed with a compression fracture of her back and a brace was ordered. After 3 days of the nurses contacting Clark and Associates, Mark McDonald came in with a large white brace. He stated that he will bring back a brace that just for support and can be applied with 1 person. He never returned in the 17 days she was in the hospital. Travis has been with me throughout my transitions. He's awesome! Always has an answer and a fix for whatever problem my prosthetic is giving me. Everyone in the office is so nice and caring. I'm so glad my surgeon uses Clark and Associates and that Travis was there with me from the moment I woke up!
The people are very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation. Gabby was wonderful in that she was always polite even though I had called more than I should have. Hoping the brace does the job for us. Great people!
Great place for prosthetics. Friendly, expert attention and understands a person's needs. No better place.
The best experience I've had as an amputee. In my opinion the best in town. Travis is the best!! Always listening and working to make it better. Also always available to get me in when I have a problem and never feel rushed like other places I've been.
