At 88 years old, my dad was given hope that he could walk again by Zach at Clark and Associates. The prostetic leg was built and Zach spent a great deal of time patiently fitting it. He made multiple customizations to accommodate my dad's special needs. Dad's care center PTA said he couldn't do it, but with the quality of the prostetic and the help at Encompass, my dad can walk again!
Amazing! Everyone is extremely nice and make you feel welcome- the first time I went i was scared- didn't know what to expect but within seconds of walking in and be treated with a smile and kind words I felt at ease. They are all great and very friendly. Zach has done an amazing job and expains everything and listens to what you have to say. I walked out of there today with so much happiness with my new leg!! Thank you to each and every one of you!!!
I appreciate Zachs expertise and his years of his experience. I am very blessed to have found him to care for me. My experience here in Coralville has been nothing but wonderful. The whole team here is excellent.
Zach is so thorough and professional and Karen at the front desk was helpful when we arrived with a great smile.
