Dr. CLARK is dismissive and condescending. I saw him, and told him I believed I had Oral Thrush. He told me that was impossible because I had not used a steroid inhaler recently. He tested me for strep instead, and even though the test came back negative, he still said I had it and to take the antibiotics. Turns out I did have oral thrush. A different urgent care doctor tested me after finishing the antibiotics and still having all my symptoms. Dr. Clark is a very good doctor. He is very thorough, listen emphatically and always looking for ways to help. Kaylee is also very good at what she does and goes out of her way to help.
Dr Clark and his staff are amazing, so friendly, efficient, and on time!, I highly recommend him.
I am absolutely furious with Dr Clark. I referred I client to Dr Clark and this arrogant dr completely dismissed what his patient stated, negated what other doctors had said and put her on medications that the client stated had not worked in the past. Complete lack of empathy or bedside manner! This person was far worse off after seeing Dr Clark than before. Please go to someone else! Patients are experts on their bodies. Was unable to be seen right away by my PCP. Dr. Clark worked me in same day for an ER follow up for serious lower calf wound. I was impressed by his attentiveness and genuine caring attitude to my care. Dr. Clark took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I greatly appreciated that he also took time out his busy schedule to respond right away to further concerns I wrote him on my Atrium portal. I'm very impressed and grateful for Dr. Clark.
