I have had interactions with this firm for several years and it has always been a struggle to get communication or paperwork in a timely manner. During COVID was the worst. I have been attempting to get answers on a past tax return with errors that was prepared by Clark Accounting. The IRS sets communication deadlines and they are ignored by this firm. Save yourself the headaches and find a more reputable firm!
Denise refuses to answer or return phone calls. Staff do not pass messages along.
Clark Accounting is just the best! I do not live in Indiana anymore, but I still have them prepare my taxes and seek advice. I feel incredibly fortunate to be a client. I can always rely on them. Totally responsible accounting services.
