I waited over a month to write this review because we tend to get ****** excited about "new" things early on. I wanted to see if that excitement and satisfaction would last or if any issues would turn up. No issues or problems since the installation and we've had many weather changes during that time period. I'm very satisfied with Clarity's windows. They are made with high quality glass and vinyl, and they look great! I love looking out the windows now. We had all of our windows replaced and even a door flanked by plate glass windows replaced by a slider. Im amazed by how much more substantial the house feels with the new windows. Somehow there is more natural light as well! There was never any pressure to purchase, just really good information given and all the questions answered. Outstanding office staff with *****, ****** and *******, quickly meeting my needs when I called in a panic over a broken window. They tamped my concerns down immediately, handled my warranty and replacement scheduling as needed, and were so personable! ***** came out to install and was such a fun guy. I met with *********, my design consultant and she explained all of the window options and different design options and the Anlin glass features. . She was friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! All around great experiences without the high pressure sales feel. The time line of 4-6 weeks was kept and I was pleased with the professional expert installation done by ****** and his crew. The Clarity installation team was very efficient, thorough, knowledgable, and performed with pride. The windows have brought new life to our house with the beauty and clarity. We were very happy with the diminished sound from outside since we live on a corner lot of a busy street as well as the additional protection from the ***** summer. Worth it !
You get what you pay for... Clarity Window replacement isn't cheap, it's quality. I wanted to upgrade my home but doing so is an investment project. I didn't want to replace my builder's grade (cheap) windows with new builder's grade product. What's the point in that?
