Not impressed. Arrived for my appt a little early. Had the normal tests completed. Escorted to an examination room and was told the optometrist would be in shortly. Waited 45 minutes - no optometrist and no employee contact. Left the room, advised the front staff I was leaving and that it is doubtful I will be back. My time is just as valuable as an optometrist.
Clarity Vision has the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time....and I'm in the customer service industry. Laura was totally awesome, definitely goes above and beyond expectations! I recommend them 200%
Long story Short. I will only be going back to Costco for my next set of glasses. The cost was only $300 and they were done in an hr. I was just there yesterday. I got , 2 set's of glasses from clarity 3/4 months ago. I had purchased 2 set's of glasses a sunglass and a transition style. Transition lenses sucked and didn't transition what so ever so they made them dark. Because they couldn't make them properly but charge for transition lenses. Dr Nicoll was great! Fantastic service, efficient and very friendly and very helpful staff! Strongly recommend this establishment for your eye care needs.
I have always used Clarity Portage la Prairie, Dr. Nicoll is wonderful and Kim, who works there, has been so very friendly, helpful and efficient every time I come into the store.
