In 2022, I filed my taxes through your tax preparation company in Florida. Despite multiple attempts to contact you via text, email, and phone calls in 2023, 2024, and 2025, my inquiries have been ignored. According to the company's “IRS” website, I was issued a refund, but I never received it. Furthermore, the company is in possession of my sensitive personal documents and information, which I believe they have misused, resulting in identity fraud and a debt with the IRS.
