I scheduled an evaluation with Christina to try and understand the possible causes of my mouth breathing at night. I was impressed by Christina’s knowledge and professionalism. The session was thorough and informative and I walked away understanding better the possible causes of my problem. The assessment was very detailed, but explained in a clear and accessible manner. My 16-year-old son saw Christina for about a year. He was originally diagnosed by his orthodontist as having a strong tongue thrust which needed to be corrected before getting braces. Unfortunately soon after beginning therapy with Christina, we realized pretty quickly that my son not only needed tongue training therapy, but he also had a whole host of other issues including having sleep apnea, and needed a palate expansion, tongue release surgery, and nasal surgery. Christina is awesome. She is very knowledgeable, and she deeply understands the issues her clients has. She is very organized and has a easy to follow chart of your daily exercises. It's been life changing.
