This company is full of it. they sent me a purchase agreement and sent two women to my home to inspect and everything was good. however closing day came and went and I never heard from them. I have called several times and emailed them and they refuse to even return my call. Avoid this unprofessional company at all cost.

I have signed two purchase agreements for two separate properties as I am moving out of state and needed to sell the two homes fast. I have not been able to reach anyone via phone nor email since the documents were signed! Now, I have no clue if the purchase agreements are legit or just a hoax!
i came to clarity needing a buyer for house, they helped me and were also able to help me find a better 'solution' to my problem, this showed me this company has heartfelt concern for their clients, i appreciated both paul and john and their level of professionalism

I inherited a house and was in a tough bind. I had to sell fast and have never sold a house before. I decided to call Clarity Real Estate Solutions to hear them out. It sound too good to be true and then they sent me a cash offer that same day! These guys are the real thing. The offer was fair and after I signed they did all the work. I never had to pay anything and was mailed a check after the closing from the title company. I would use Clarity Real Estate again if I ever have another house to sell.
