So far so good! The actual experience was amazing. Dr Virgil Chan and his assistants went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and were so quick and efficient. He was highly recommended by a friend and I would recommend him as well.
It was my first time having a scan, and I received exceptional service from the front desk staff throughout. A special thanks to the sonographer who attended me—I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly kind, gentle, and understanding. Highly recommend.
Katie and Jordan at reception were brilliant today in their compassion for my anxiety and doing all they could to see that the referral was located and sent over from my Dr the same day and for finding me an appointment the same day. Thank you to both of you! Michelle
