We are new to the area and not familiar with our pool. Justin came out and spent a lot of time explaining everything about our pool to us. He did not try to up-sell us and basically told us if we did certain things we didn't even need their service because we have everything we need to maintain our pool because we have a pool sweep. My mom is a constant traveling flight attendant, in which she can’t always care for the pool while she’s away. So she’s hires this company, in which they halfway show up to work and do the services that they are paid for. They didn’t service our pool for a whole month but still wanted to be paid for the service that was nonexistent in November. I had these guys as my lawn service. After so many other disappointing services, this one was great. Only reason I stopped is because I moved.
Since I changed to Clarity I don"t even go out and check my pool because I know they have done a good job.
