A pool Technitian from Clarity, Will, responded to my request to examine a leaking multi-port valve. He visited the property without delay, identified the issue, ordered the appropriate part, and came back to complete the installation the day the replacement part arrived. I had been managing my pool cleaning for many years and discovered the Clarity service. They do a much better job than I did and I no longer have to go to a shop for service. It's wonderful to now have a constantly clear pool. I had been asking our previous pool shop (Randwick area) for this service for many years and it's great that Clarity provides it so efficiently and well.
After our previous pool cleaning technician abandoned the job without notice, the pool was left in a terrible state. No one was living there, so we didn’t find out until 3 months later. The pool looked like where Sherek would bathe. Clarity Pool came to save the day.
