I was not and am not affiliated with anyone that has worked for this company. I used them for service and they were just not good. It really is sad they have to make up stories to combat negative reviews. If you do not want bad things said about your company, provide better service for the amount you are charging customers.
The noted reviews were written by the girlfriend of a former employee who quit working for Clarity Pool Care (written on the same day he quit 01/04/2013). She has written the same review on multiple sites. The owner is far from incompetent and has a very high work ethic and is very professional.
