New company Rose Castle is not paying their bills, lots of vendors in need of funds. Last management company Thrive did not pay vendors, sold to Rose Castle and they inherited debt but have not paid. Rose Castle has a very low satisfaction rating, 2. Stay away, they will not succeed. Feel so bad for the residents and families there, it is not right.

I posted the review below a few months ago. It was a very positive review. Here is my concern now: The facility was Clarity Pointe wen my mother moved in just over 2 years ago. Then it became operated by Thrive. When this occurred, there was a new director and most of the top level personnel changed. What I have learned is that Thrive operates the facility, but the building is owned by another company who contacts with someone to run it. If I could rate Thrive lower, I would. We had a family member there for two months & we did not receive anything we were promised. We quickly found out that what we got was a real sales pitch but nothing they promised was ever delivered. While the facility itself is pretty, the staff was woefully subpar. Our family member was allowed to just lay in bed & if the sheets had been wet, they wouldn’t even bother to remake the bed while there were two sets of clean sheets in his closet.
