Robbi was absolutely amazing with my kiddo. I was blown away by how beautiful and clean the establishment was and was very impressed with the meticulous care they took to make sure everything was sterile and a smooth experience for everyone. I cannot recommend enough.

Everyone at this shop is incredibly professional and well trained. I had a piercing that had been done improperly at another shop and Sacoon has been careful and supportive in helping me figure out how to handle it. She explained potential issues with an improper piercing and came up with a plan to get me where I wanted to be, and has been willing to tell me things that I didn't want to hear in order to make sure that I was making well informed choices. Robbi was so nice and told me what they were doing every step of the way! Such an open and welcoming environment. For sure will be back. It was $144 for earrings and the second hole piercing! Definitely a bit high, but it was worth it for the painless experience. Love it here!
