I had a wonderful experience here thanks to Kym! Selecting glasses always feels overwhelming, but she took her time made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in. Most importantly, took the time to truly listen to what I needed and helped me find the perfect frames and lenses without any pressure. Excellent, attentive customer service—thank you so much.
Very disappointing experience. My appointment was cancelled only ONE HOUR before the scheduled time. I had organised my day and made arrangements specifically to attend this appointment, only to be notified at the last minute that it was cancelled. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but giving a patient just one hour's notice shows very little consideration for their time.
