I first came to Clarity seeking SUD services to control my drinking. I worked with Max Whipple III, who is very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable about addiction. He gave me some great tips and tools that I use daily. As time went on, it became apparent that I needed more mental health focused services and I had to switch to a dual-certified counselor to deal with symptoms. i had originally left a very negative review, but after the owner contacted me personally and worked with me to solve my issues i felt that i needed to amend it. he was very patient and receptive over the phone and left me feeling listened to and like my troubles were important to him personally. unless everything falls apart again, which i doubt it will, i highly recommend this clinic! ☺️
Max Whipple the third has been such a cornerstone in my recovery. I was nervous about starting counseling but clarity mental health made it easy and genuinely supportive. I have now acheived 6 months of sobreity. Thank you!
I cannot give Clarity a better review, especially my counselor, Max Whipple. I have been with them for going on two years now. This is my first REAL long-term counselor/therapist, and I truly believe that I wouldn't be as far along in my business as well as my progress if it wasn't for Max and his team. My biggest concern with counseling was the overarching feeling of insincerity; two-bit counselors listening to you talk for however long, then cutting them a check without any real help.
