We retained Sarah and her team for immigration work February 2025. Everything seemed to be going good. Good communication etc. They gave advance notice that they will go on a holiday brake around Christmas and be back in action on January 4th. Since then no communication. Phone number is disabled, we are locked out of our client portal. No answer no nothing! Definitely will report Sarah to The State Bar of California!
