I bought a pair of glasses in Europe and my nose piece screw loosened and fell off. I came to see if they could help and the staff was amazing. They replaced both nose pieces and didn’t even charge . Thank you so much.

Really can't say enough about Dr Al Ghoul and Dr Miriam Alkawaly and their team. Very Knowledgeable, insightful and leading edge. I have been getting the IPL and oil gland expressions and I can't say enough about Merita and Mimi who have done such a professional, skilled and caring effort with this so very important procedure. And the most important thing I can say is just how much all of the team actually truly cares and makes the genuinely impressive effort to make you healthy again! Thank you so much to all of you! The staff at Clarity Laser Vision have been supportive, friendly, and very thorough in my experience with the SMILE PRO procedure. The initial consult allowed me to explore various procedures and decide which would be the best option for my eyes. The subsequent technical workup, though a longer appointment, provided reassurance that everything was measured perfectly and I felt very confident to proceed with surgery the following week. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the entire team at the eye clinic, and I truly cannot thank them enough for the care, kindness, and support they showed me throughout my surgery and recovery. I've had a really great experience at Clarity Laser Vision so far. The staff are so friendly! I had some problems getting my prescriptions faxed to my pharmacy (some electronic error, as Clarity had sent them in advance but my pharmacy was having errors on their end), and called Clarity vision quite a few times as my surgery was coming up and I had a lot of anxiety haha.
