Clarity installed video marketing system in my lobby a couple of years ago. Every once in a while, the system goes off for unexplained reasons. When this happens, we call ClarityITS since they installed the system. The last time the system went down, they sent their local technician out for repairs. He spent 5 minutes in our center as he unplugged the unit allowing it to reboot which corrected the issue. Total cost for repairs $170!! Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the charges.
