I waited a full year after our closing date to write this review, hoping to give Clarity Homes the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to reach out and make things right. Unfortunately, that never happened. We bought a house last year from Clarity. We dealt with Doug. The experience was very positive. We had a few minor things pop up through the year and Clarity jumped right on the problems. The houses are well built and the people are very friendly.
Last year, we started looking to downsize. Without any existing homes fitting our needs, building was the only alternative. We found the perfect lot, but that meant using the developer, Clarity. We are now settled into our new home and couldn't be happier. From the start, we developed a partnership with Clarity, from sales to construction management. These people are the worst. We didn’t buy a house from them but we lived next door to the lot being built by them and they ruined our irrigation system and constantly left materials and debris in our yard. On top of that they would consistently block our driveway. We’ve reached out numerous times to get ahold of someone to fix what they’ve clearly broken but have been met with silence. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
