Floors buckled after 13 months. 1 month past warranty so Clarity did not offer to help fix, even though it was confirmed to be an installation issue. 3 years later all my floors have buckled and I'm out 5 figures to have it fixed. Not to mention my drainage issues...
The entire process of buying and owning a clarity home has been a great regret. We have lived in our home for four years and a year and two months into living in our home the floors started peeling/coming up. Now every single space of the home has peeling/shifting floors. It took just over a year to start happening and once it started it quickly spread over the entire home. Many neighbors have confirmed the same issues. I waited a full year after our closing date to write this review, hoping to give Clarity Homes the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to reach out and make things right. Unfortunately, that never happened. We bought a house last year from Clarity. We dealt with Doug. The experience was very positive. We had a few minor things pop up through the year and Clarity jumped right on the problems. The houses are well built and the people are very friendly.
