I originally scheduled a hearing exam just to learn more about my options, but the experience exceeded my expectations. Brad at Clarity Hearing explained everything in a way that made sense and wasn’t overwhelming. Never did he put any pressure upon me to purchase. His information was helpful and honest. I felt so comfortable that I left the office with new hearing aids. Totally unexpected! It was a truly positive experience from start to finish.
Fantastic customer service!!!! We contacted Denise about traveling and forgetting the hearing aid charger. They offered to charge his hearing aids so he didn’t miss out on a day of communication with family. Thank you Denise and Clarity Hearing for saving the day.
I had the opportunity to get my hearing aid from Clarity hearing care in OSPREY Florida, Brad Wagner done a wonderful job with the examination and he was excellent , he helped me make the right decision which hearing aid I should pick. I brought my 94 y.o. mother to Clarity Hearing Care for hearing aids and had the best experience you could ask for. She was nervous about getting hearing aids but after all said and done, she couldn't be happier.Denise at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Met with Kevin at Clarity in Osprey. He was very knowledgable, honest and truly invested in finding the best hearing aid solution for me.
