I visited Clarity today, after having a very unsatisfactory audiologist experience last year at another company. The visit at clarity was amazingly better. Brad tested my ears thoroughly using several different methods and explained his methods and results clearly. He assured me that my sudden hearing loss was not unique and suggested some hearing aids that might work well for my specific needs and would pair well with the phone, tablet and computer that I use. I have spent 20 yrs wearing aides and I find these people are the most informative, caring and knowledgeable regarding my hearing, generally, and needs. Yes, HAs are costly but we all deserve the best care and Clarity meets that priority, always available and interested.
Excellent care as usual - Denise in the front office is efficient and friendly-Brad is a wealth of information and tuned my hearing aids to perfection.
I got an appointment right away. I didn't have to wait at all to see the specialist. He had a great "bedside manner". He explained everything to me while repairing my hearing aids. I will use Clarity Hearing again.
