I originally scheduled a hearing exam just to learn more about my options, but the experience exceeded my expectations. Brad at Clarity Hearing explained everything in a way that made sense and wasn’t overwhelming. Never did he put any pressure upon me to purchase. His information was helpful and honest. I felt so comfortable that I left the office with new hearing aids. Totally unexpected! It was a truly positive experience from start to finish.
Fantastic customer service!!!! We contacted Denise about traveling and forgetting the hearing aid charger. They offered to charge his hearing aids so he didn’t miss out on a day of communication with family. Thank you Denise and Clarity Hearing for saving the day.
I have spent 20 yrs wearing aides and I find these people are the most informative, caring and knowledgeable regarding my hearing, generally, and needs. Yes, HAs are costly but we all deserve the best care and Clarity meets that priority, always available and interested.
My appointment with Kevin Wagner at Clarity Hearing Care was on November 18, 2025. This evaluation is long overdue. This is the most through evaluation I have had in years.
