I brought my 94 y.o. mother to Clarity Hearing Care for hearing aids and had the best experience you could ask for. She was nervous about getting hearing aids but after all said and done, she couldn't be happier.Denise at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Kevin took his time explaining the entire process of the hearing test, and was very patient with all our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Clarity Hearing Care for your Hearing needs at reasonable prices. Thank you Kevin and Denise for excellent care.
My appointment with Kevin Wagner at Clarity Hearing Care was on November 18, 2025. This evaluation is long overdue. This is the most through evaluation I have had in years. Met with Kevin at Clarity in Osprey. He was very knowledgable, honest and truly invested in finding the best hearing aid solution for me. I’m at the beginning of my hearing aid journey, but I can’t imagine going to a better place that I know will take care of me. My husband and I were very impressed!
I visited Clarity today, after having a very unsatisfactory audiologist experience last year at another company. The visit at clarity was amazingly better. Brad tested my ears thoroughly using several different methods and explained his methods and results clearly. He assured me that my sudden hearing loss was not unique and suggested some hearing aids that might work well for my specific needs and would pair well with the phone, tablet and computer that I use. I've never had such an informative, unbiased, and personable experience at any medical facility. Kevin is a wealth of knowledge, taking care to explain things to me effectively and answering my many technology questions clearly. He didn't try to sell me anything, and I left with an ongoing monitoring plan. I'm actually eager to go back!
