I had 2 sessions with the therapist I was assigned here. The first session was decent. The second session was horrendous. The therapist came out to get me 20 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. I was feeling quite vulnerable, which she picked up on quickly. I broke down into a panic attack when she asked if I was okay. I have had panic attacks before, many times. Dr. Paulette overstepped her boundaries as a therapist. 1. She failed to understand how a panic attack works and immediately told my wife that she would either need me to take her to the ER or force her to be taken in an ambulance. While health is immensely important, the cost of the ambulance and ER visit was disregarded by the doctor claiming they have payment plans. Then I was called to come take my wife. I called about my new medicine having a negative reaction. I’ve been feeling absolutely horrific and need to talk to their nurse. They don’t answer their phones anymore. I left a message and eventually they called me back saying the nurse will get back to me. They never did. I can’t wait weeks until my appointment feeling like this. What am I supposed to do?? Be sure to get your appointment on PAPER. I was told my appointment was on March 8th and that I would receive a confirmation. Here it is the day before "my appointment" to be told it was scheduled on a different day and it's my problem. And they "hate that for me" that I was told March 8th and my appointment isn't until March 18th. I called several times this morning to be sent to a voice-mail. No one answers the phone in Cabot.
