I called about my new medicine having a negative reaction. I’ve been feeling absolutely horrific and need to talk to their nurse. They don’t answer their phones anymore. I left a message and eventually they called me back saying the nurse will get back to me. They never did. I can’t wait weeks until my appointment feeling like this. What am I supposed to do?? Be sure to get your appointment on PAPER. I was told my appointment was on March 8th and that I would receive a confirmation. Here it is the day before "my appointment" to be told it was scheduled on a different day and it's my problem. And they "hate that for me" that I was told March 8th and my appointment isn't until March 18th. I called several times this morning to be sent to a voice-mail. No one answers the phone in Cabot.
