After being referred through another programs intake team, then doing an intake call directly with clarity, giving my whole back story both times, waited 6 weeks for an appointment, then once again giving my whole back story at the appointment, was only then told their service was unsuitable for me. Very unsympathetically and no apology for wasting so much time and energy and making my mental health worse. Submitted feedback via their feedback form but no reply. The admin staff here are extremely incompetent. One of the worst businesses/clinics I’ve dealt with. Also seem to be more interested in taking money off clients than doing any form of meaningful work.
