I haven’t even gone for my float yet and I am already so impressed with their customer service! I scheduled my first ever float at the same time as a meeting. When I realized I needed to reschedule, I sent a text and they got back to me after they had closed for the day. This is amazing. Can’t wait to go float!
Clean the pods. There was stuff floating around in the pod so bad it was impossible to relax. I got out early and showered twice.
