If I could rate less than one star, I would be doing it. I was a new customer to this business and I wear progressive. They gave me a thorough eye exam and I handed them my frames and when I returned to pick up the new glasses, they were unwearable. They double checked my vision again and sent them off. Second time – same story, only slightly worse. Dr Pugh told me to try them for a week and if they didn’t work, she would issue me a refund.
