Dr. Makoni is such a great eye doctor. My family and I have followed her from South Elgin to Crystal Lake. Her energy and friendly staff always make for an exceptional visit.
I had a great experience at this office. Both the doctor and the reception staff were so nice and incredibly helpful. They took great time and care throughout the entire visit. The whole process felt very thorough and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for attentive and friendly eye care. We will be back!
10/10 recommend!! I’ve been coming here for my annual eye exam for years now and am always greeted with the same care each visit. It has a calm environment and the staff always offer a feeling of comfort. The time they spend with you feels intentional and respectful.
Service is insane. I say that confidently because of how genuinely caring and kind the staff here is. Ive came here for years and advise everyone to come here as well. The staff treats everyone here as family and I can tell they have passion for their work. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and make you satisfied with your purchase.
