Dr. Bryant and team were great! I felt like he took the time to address all my needs, especially regarding my family history and completed additional testing to ease my concerns. I was never rushed and Dr. Bryant made me feel comfortable and at home! Nick did a great job at taking my measurements beforehand, and was patient and kind when I was anxious about the “puff” machine to test for eye pressure. Dr. Visco was amazing. I had seen my previous Optometrist for 20 years, so I was nervous for the switch, but the appointment went great, Dr. Visco was the perfect blend of professional, friendly and welcoming.
Despite a slip up with my original order, I will continue using Clarity going forward as they addressed the issue timely and effectively. Mistakes happen, everyone makes them. What's more important is how they correct those mistakes - Clarity went above and beyond to be sure they made things right, and I am overall satisfied with my service. I had heard they were good, but they were GREAT! They're busy but so well organized. Great team work, and a feeling of being in the care of a Doctor ( Dr. Bryant) who chose his profession for all the right reasons.
