I had such a positive experience with this branch, especially during what was a stressful time for me. When I first financed my car, the dealership wasn’t communicating well with the credit union, which made the process take much longer than expected. Kyra the teller I worked with, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. She genuinely took the time to understand what was going on and made me feel heard. Rosio was the best to work with and amazing at her job. She was able to get both of our auto loan interest rates dropped significantly when we did not think it was possible. I would recommend Clarity to anybody that is looking for great customer service and fast responses with great results.
Outstanding customer service with Rosio G and very helpful staff. Originally scheduled to complete title transfer with third party and other employee who was unavailable. Rosio knew nothing of fairly complex transaction, but immediately got to work to make it happen. Got rooms for everybody to sit, organized the loan package, power of atty, title paperwork etc...
