We have been long-time customers, and although the Meridian branch had previously been our least preferred location, our recent experience completely changed that perception. My husband and I went in around 5pm on Friday October 3rd to open a joint account I could have access to for bills. Well instead they added me to my husbands personal account that’s not what we had asked for then they created another “account” however I did not get my own member number to access account on mobile banking app come to today Sunday and my husband isn’t able to purchase the money order for our rent! So now we are even sure if we can even withdraw from ATM at least and bills need paid!! Very frustrating!
I was sad to see that Meaghan was no longer affiliated with this bank. She was absolutely the reason we even decided to move accounts here. What an absolute travesty to lose such a wonderful, honest, kind and helpful person. Our service since has been less than before. Hopefully it won't continue to decline but we have our doubts.
