Looks like a lot of things have changed here. I had a loan here for a long time and they were always helpful. Went in to do a refinance on my vehicle and they really acted like they didn't want to help me. The reason I went in is because every time I called I was on hold for 20 minutes before anybody even answered the phone. I don't know why I went in and it was really no different. Waited a bit and then they asked a few questions and I was on my way. Seemed like they were not interested in my business.
Sara was excellent!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't wait to work with her again in the future.

Meghan is wonderful. Just refinanced by truck loan. She was very informative, Clear and laid out all my options. Informative without the salesy push! A CCU with a personal family touch. Highly recommend you talking to Meghan if you need assistance in lowering vehicle payments.
