Super easy scheduling and they accept my insurance (Aetna Open Access PPO) And I feel very much at ease with my personal therapist. Could not recommend Clarity Clinic enough
The receptionists that work here are PHENOMENAL. I spoke with several of them when trying to schedule an emergency appointment as a new patient with one specific therapist, and they were so kind, so helpful, and extremely professional. I also spoke to a billing representative when I had some issues verifying my insurance - she was patient, knowledgeable and even called me back to re-verify my information when a software issue prevented her from processing my claims.
