I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent call to your center. The caller taker was named Missy. As someone reaching out for my child who needs mental health support, I expected compassion, patience, and professionalism — unfortunately, the call taker showed none of these qualities. They were dismissive, rushed the conversation, and made me feel like a burden rather than someone seeking help. This place had its days, sure, but I know they tried their best. Like when I got EPS, the nurses immediately started getting help and calling the doctor, they knew what was wrong and got me help for it. Ive been here (Clarity) multiple times, and the staff are amazing, especially Jewels, Elijah, and the rec therapists. I haven't been here in awhile, but I would feel safe going here again if needed, if it came down to that.
