not even open or visible. i called the number to find it and went straight to voicemail. also the map pin is in the wrong location. drove around the block twice and could not tell it was part of the bp gas station

Scheduled for 1030am appt , guy was 15 minutes late. Nice and apologetic, no worries. I scheduled a detail and an engine wash. Estimate was 2pm. I called and they said they're backed up. All good again. Eventually had to call around 5 to check in and they say it's still not close to done. I tell him I have to show up at 7pm. I show up, he's still finishing it AND the engine wash isn't even done. The detailing that was done was good, not the best but above average. This is the BEST detailing service I have ever used. My car looks new inside, better than when I got it from the dealership. Amazingly professional service from start to finish. NaNa and Alex were both attentive and professional. The price is worth it. Budget enough time to be able to leave your car there for the day. 100% will return.
